Change the status of vouchers if you need to correct what is in your existing stock.
Steps
- Go to Voucher Manager > Voucher Inquiry.
- Generate a selection of voucher stock to view.
- Select the vouchers to adjust using checkboxes.
- Click Change status.
- Change the status to Issued or Not issued.
- If changing to Issued, enter the date from which this change will be effective.
- Select the Issue location.
You can choose to match this with the site the stock was delivered to.
- Optionally enter a comment about this status change.
- Save the new status.
Voucher Manager will briefly display a message when the stock is successfully updated. Information about the new status will now be displayed in the search results grid.
