Removing a Session from a Playthrough Group

A Playthrough Group can be edited as long as the component sessions have a status of Closed and the first session in the group has not started. When the first session has started, the group can no longer be edited.

To remove a session from a playthrough group:

1. Go to Head Office Manager > Maintenance > Sessions and open the session that you want to remove from the playthrough group.
2. Click the Playthrough Group tab.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Undo Group.
5. Clear the Session is a member of a playthrough group checkbox.
6. Click Save.
