In Loyalty, you can view a summary of points that a member has earned within a specific range of dates, and optionally, the associated transaction information.
- In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Administrator > Members > Members and search for the member whose summary you want to view.
- On the Add/Modify Member screen, click Member Summary.
- Choose the date range over which you want to view the member's activities.
- Click Refresh.
- (Optional) Click Transactions or Redemptions to see additional details about the activity.
