Points transactions occur when a member spends points or a earns points that are not automatically processed through sales or redemption transactions.
Steps
- In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Administrator > Members > Members and search for the member whose transactions you want to view.
- On the Add/Modify Member screen, click Points Transactions.
- Choose the date range over which you want to view the member's points transactions.
- Click Refresh.
