Use this form to mark voucher numbers as 'blacklisted', preventing them from being used.
For example: Books of vouchers may be lost or destroyed, and their serial numbers can be added to the Blacklist to prevent their use. Similarly, voucher books that are found can be removed from the blacklist.
Note: Once a record has been created and saved, Edit Mode must be selected in order to edit any of the data on the maintenance form.
