Voucher Blacklist form – Help Centre

Use this form to mark voucher numbers as 'blacklisted', preventing them from being used.

For example: Books of vouchers may be lost or destroyed, and their serial numbers can be added to the Blacklist to prevent their use. Similarly, voucher books that are found can be removed from the blacklist.

Note: Once a record has been created and saved, Edit Mode must be selected in order to edit any of the data on the maintenance form.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Voucher Type	Barcode Code / Product Code of any configured Payment Voucher	The Payment Voucher that the blacklisted Voucher is classed as, identified by the first 5 characters of the barcode as configured in Payment Voucher maintenance.
Serial	Any number	The serial number of the blacklisted Voucher.
Blacklist	Blacklist Remove Blacklist	If Blacklist is selected, the Voucher will added to the Blacklist and will not be able to be redeemed. The Date Added will be generated and the corresponding Reason field will be available. If Remove Blacklist is selected, the Voucher will removed from the Blacklist and will be able to be redeemed again. The Date Removed will be generated and the corresponding Reason field will be available.
Date Added	Any date and time, in your computer's local date and time format	The date and time at which the Voucher was added to the Blacklist. Note: This field is automatically generated when the record is saved and cannot be edited.
Reason	1–1000 characters	The reason for which the Voucher was added to the Blacklist. For example: Destroyed, Voucher redeemed multiple times, Voucher booklet reported missing/possibly stolen.
Date Removed	Any date and time, in your computer's local date and time format	The date and time at which the Voucher was removed the Blacklist. Note: This field is automatically generated when the record is saved and cannot be edited.
Reason	1–1000 characters	The reason for which the Voucher was removed the Blacklist. For example: Voucher recovered.
