Restricting session properties in Showtime Manager

You can restrict some film booking properties to prevent cinema managers from making changes to sessions in Showtime Manager without approval from the film programmer.

1. In the System Settings Base View, search for the system setting RestrictFilmBookingProperties.
2. Select the properties you want to restrict from the Configuration Values.
   • Film
   • Session start time
   • Film format
   • Screen
3. Save.

Note: The property referred to as Movie Format in the system settings appears in Showtime Manager as Film Format.

The restricted properties will be disabled for anyone accessing Showtime Manager from Back Office. If you access Showtime Manager from Film Manager you'll be able to edit sessions with no restrictions.
