At a glance

• Quickly find customer transactions using date range, transaction number, booking ID, card, or loyalty card
• A streamlined interface shows you only filters related to the information you want
• You can now search:
  
  • values greater than or less than a given value
  • Loyalty cards up to 20 digits long
  • A wider range of time when searching by date range, no longer limited to 7 days
• Transaction details show the transaction’s Session date
• Hover to show and hide tooltips with further transaction detail
• Better display of card and transaction details with resizeable columns

We’ve reorganised and simplified the web interface, cutting the excess to simplify your workflow.

Improved filters let you search with more precision, meaning you spend less time searching and more time finding. Better filters cover wider ranges of data with more specificity.

Results are better too, and now you'll see more data in more detail. Upgraded grids make it easier to work with results, letting you search, filter, sort, and resize columns to help you get to the bottom of inquiries faster and more accurately.
