We're giving you more control over when promotions are available to your customers while also making it easier to manage your promotions using exclusions.

Create exclusions by Film, Distributor, Holidays (Coming soon: Regional holidays), for example: Use a distributor exclusion to charge full price for Disney movies during discount-for-kids-week.

Save time when creating promotions by selecting what to exclude from a promotion, rather than everything that is included.

Simplified Promotion setup

Currently, Vista supports promotions inclusions. Soon, you will be able to use Vista's Customer Experience Manager to quickly exclude a selection, for example excluding a small number of films, rather than setting 'include as valid' for all other films. You can easily create promotions that are not valid on public holidays. 

First, group the films and/or distributors to exclude from promotions with a custom tag, then select which tag to exclude when creating or editing your promotion.

Before a promotion is applied to a transaction, promotions are first validated against exclusions criteria.
