We've added four new endpoints to Vouchers & Gift Cards (accessible via the Integration Platform) to allow Partners (with a partner token) to manage client orders. This includes creating clients, and then creating client orders and email/SMS distribution information for that client.
These endpoints require CIM license feature checking to manage their permissions and a partner account set up. Contact your Vista Account Manager if you need this configured.
