Create the ticket recognitions that you want to make available to your subscribers.
- Create a new recognition in Loyalty Manager.
- Give the recognition a descriptive name.
Note: This appears in Loyalty and reports, not on sales channels. Set the sales-channel text in step 7.
- Select the Club whose members you want to make the subscription available to.
Note: If you only have one club, this will be prepopulated, and you won't be able to edit it.
- Under Recognition type, select Subscription.
- Select the Ticket type you want subscribers to have access to with this subscription.
- Set the Buying limits.
- In the Message on sales channel field, enter the text that you want to display on your sales channels.
Tip: Make this a descriptive name like we've suggested in step 2.
- Save.
- (Optional) In Loyalty Admin, use the Recognitions form to set Total Available.
Note: Set this to a large number to cover longer subscription terms, such as twelve months.
- (Optional) In Loyalty Admin, use the Recognitions form to add any Custom SQL Validations you've created for this recognition.
Note:
Custom SQL validations allow you to create a wide range of custom restrictions but are complex to create. If you want to start using them, we recommend contacting your Vista representative.
Custom SQL validations can't be set for recognitions that are concessions.
