Setting up 'book with a friend'

  1. To ensure the transaction is recorded against both Loyalty members, set the Loyalty system setting AdditionalMemberMode to Item and disable points sharing.
  2. Ensure you've set up your ticket types and booking fees in Head Office or Cinema Manager.
  3. Set the following Loyalty system settings to the required values:
    • FriendCodeExpiryTimeInHours
    • RestrictSubscriptionSharingToActiveSubscribers
    • FriendLimit
