Depending on how permissions are set up at your cinema, you might need a manager to authorise certain actions at POS, such as:
- Refunds or exchanges
- Price overrides
- Discounts
- Voids or cancellations
If your manager has InTouch installed on a mobile device, they can use it to authorise actions at POS remotely.
Before you begin
Ensure that your manager has InTouch installed on a mobile device.
Steps
- Tap Remote Authorisation.
- Wait for your manager's approval.
A popup window will appear to confirm a manager has been requested.
When your manager approves the action remotely, the window will disappear.
- Proceed with the order.
