• Refunds or exchanges
• Price overrides
• Discounts
• Voids or cancellations

If your manager has InTouch installed on a mobile device, they can use it to authorise actions at POS remotely.

Before you begin

Ensure that your manager has InTouch installed on a mobile device.

Steps

1. Tap Remote Authorisation.
2. Wait for your manager's approval.

   A popup window will appear to confirm a manager has been requested.

   When your manager approves the action remotely, the window will disappear.

3. Proceed with the order.
