The Member Card History report provides information about all the cards linked to a member, including actions such as issuing and replacing cards.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	Data for card activity during the selected time period will be used to generate the report.
Cinema Complex	Card activity will be displayed for the selected Site. The default is (all) cinemas.
Action	Data for the selected type of card activity will be displayed in the report. The default is (all) actions.
External ID	Enter a the external ID number of a member to analyse card activity for only that member. Leave this field blank to display card activity for all members.
Member ID	Enter a the ID number of a member to analyse card activity for only that member. Leave this field blank to display card activity for all members.
National ID	Enter a the national ID number of a member to analyse card activity for only that member. Leave this field blank to display card activity for all members.

Terms Used

Term	Description
External ID	The member's external ID. This can be used if Vista Loyalty is running alongside a third-party system, and enables Loyalty to reference the member in that external system.
National ID	The member's national ID.
Member	The member's full name.
Action	The action performed using the member's card. For example: Manual Transaction, Issue Card, Replace Card.
Card Number	The card number of the member's card used for the corresponding action.
Available Pts	The member's available points balance.
Site	The site where the member's card was used for the corresponding action.
Date/Time	The date and time when the action took place.
POS	If the member's card was used at a POS terminal, the name of the Workstation will be listed here.
Staff ID	The staff member who performed the action.
