The Film Booking Analysis report displays film performance for the weekend prior to the selected date, as well as upcoming film bookings, to assist in making informed decisions about which films to drop or hold. Only Holdover Sheet data is available for the report.
For this report to work correctly, go to Head Office or Cinema Manager > Maintenance > System Settings and ensure the following settings are configured as noted:
- FILMSCHED.HoldoverSheetView: Set to Booking Slot
- FILMSCHED.HoldoverSheetView: Set to Booking Slot
- BACKOFFICE-SESSIONS.LimitSessionsToHoldoverFilms: Set to Daily
Report Prompts
| Prompt | Description |

Business Date |
Data in the report will be generated for the weekend prior to the business date selected. If you select a Business Date in the future, the report will display revenue data for the most recent weekend with revenue data. |

Days to Include |
The days for which gross box office revenue will be displayed (Fri–Sun). |

Planning Group |
Select the planning group for which to show information. Select (all) to show information for all planning groups. |

Data Source |
The Film Programming application from which data in the report is sourced. |
|
Optional Column |
Determines the behaviour of the Comments column. Booking End Date: The column lists the end date for each film booking. Booking Comments: The column lists any booking comments for the film. |

Sort By |
Choose whether to sort the report by booking slot number or gross film revenue. |
|
Show New Week After |
Determines whether a column is displayed listing films opening two weeks from the selected business date. |

The day of the week on which the film was released. |

Comments |
This column displays either the film booking end date (if one is applied) or the film booking comments. This is determined by the Optional Column report prompt. |

Films opening in the week following the business date selected are listed. |

New Week After |
Films opening two weeks after the business date selected are listed. This column is only visible if the Show New Week After report prompt is set to Yes. |
