The KPI by Cinema report displays cinemas and their corresponding KPI figures. These figures are used to analyse performance of the cinema in the period specified. Overall summary information is displayed as well as summary information for each cinema. Separate performance figures for each weekday are given for each cinema, for further analysis.
Two report types can be generated from this one report, either a detailed report or a summary report. The detailed report will display KPI information for each cinema as well as a separate overall summary per weekday for the cinemas all together and an overall summary for each cinema individually. The summary report will display KPI information for each cinema as well as an overall summary per weekday for all the cinemas all together, a separate summary for each cinema will not be displayed.
Tip! You can change the behaviour of this report using the system setting RptKPIByCinemaBehaviour. Experiment with cinema ordering, gross and net values, and KPI displays, to get the most out of the report. Note that if you change the RptKPIByCinemaBehaviour setting to AdmitSort NetValues FewerKPIs, Ave Ticket Price and Spend per Head are shown as gross rather than net values.
