Button | Required values | Description |
Hold |
Start date, end date Reason |
The subscription is paused on the hold start date. When the hold ends, the next billing date is adjusted by the length of the hold. Example: If the customer's next billing date is in 10 days and they are going on hold today for 3 months, when the hold ends in three months their next billing date will be 10 days away still. |
Extend |
1-12 Reason |
The next billing date is pushed out by the selected number of months. Example: The Customer is unhappy with the service and requested a free month, so their next billing date in 10 days is extended to 1 month + 10 days from today. |
Reactivate |
Reactivate a subscription that has failed a payment. A new billing date is set from the date of the successful payment. Example: The customer was supposed to be billed on the 15th of the month but their payment failed 5 days ago. When you reactivate their subscription, their new next billing date will be the 20th of every month as their "payment lapse" was 5 days. |
