Subscription email notifications are sent to members through Vista Notifier when recurring payments fail for the first time and/or at the time of a successful retry.
Before you begin
Check that Vista has installed Vista Notifier for you.
Steps
- Create a Setting in Loyalty Admin.
- Enter VistaMessagingURL as the Name.
- Add the Vista Notifier URL under Value.
- You may need to ask a Vista representative for this.
- Go to Communications > Notifications.
- Create or modify a notification.
- Select Email as the Notification Method.
- Select a Notification Type for subscriptions:
Successful retry of recurring payment
Failure to process recurring payment
Subscription Cancelled
Subscription Extended
Subscription Hold
Subscription Hold Cancelled - Repeat steps 5-7 for each notification type for subscriptions.
