The Membership list report in Loyalty provides a list of members in a club that have either joined in the date range specified or will have their membership expire in the date range specified.

The report can either be generated for a specific club or for all clubs. If multiple clubs are present in the report, the members of each club will be grouped into sections.

Summary information is provided for each club section, showing membership activity in the date range specified.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	Data from the selected time period will be used to generate the report.
Card Number Start/End	The Card Number Start/End range searches the first 6 digits of memebers' card numbers. Members who have card numbers with the first 6 digits falling within the specified range will be displayed. To display all members, leave these fields blank.
Club	The Loyalty Club for which the analysis is to be performed. The default is (all) clubs.
Date To Use	Either Expiry Date or Joining Date can be selected. Members who expired or joined during the selected Date Range will be displayed.

Terms Used

Term	Description
Club	The Loyalty club that the member belongs to. Members are grouped by each club that appears in the report.
Card Number	The number of the membership card assigned to the member.
First Name	The member's first name.
Last Name	The member's last name.
Address	The member's street address.
Expiry	The date on which the member's membership expires.
Home Phone	The member's home phone number.
Mobile Phone	The member's mobile phone number.
Member Since	The date on which the member joined the corresponding club.
Email Address	The member's email address.

These summary details appear at the bottom of each club section listed in the report. The summary outlines the movements in each club for the selected Date Range.

Term	Description
Members in this List	The number of members in the club list.
Members joined during activity period	The number of members that joined the club during the selected Date Range.
Members expired during activity period	The number of members whose membership to the club expired during the selected Date Range.
Net Movement	The difference between the number of members that have joined and the number of members that have expired during the selected Date Range.
