Cinema Complex

Select a Site to restrict data displayed to points earned and spent at the selected site.

The default is (all) sites.

Max Member Age

Select an Age Range to only display members who are in the selected range or younger. Members older than the selected range will not be included.

The default is (all) age ranges.

Min Available Points

Only members with at least the specified number of points will be included in the report.

For example: 100, only members with 100 points or more available will be displayed. A member with 70 points will not be listed.

Min Points Earned

Only members who have earned at least the specified number of points during the specified date range will be included in the report.

For example: 50, only members who have earned 50 points or more in the date range will be displayed. A member who has earned 30 points will not be listed.

Min Transactions

Only members who have performed at least the specified number of transactions during the specified date range will be included in the report.

For example: 10, only members who have made 10 or more transactions in the date range will be displayed. A member who has made 7 transactions will not be listed.

Min Box Office Spend

Only members who have spent at least the specified amount on tickets during the specified date range will be included in the report.

For example: 50, only members who have spent $50 or more on tickets in the date range will be displayed. A member who has spent $30 will not be listed.

Min Concession Spend

Only members who have spent at least the specified amount on concessions during the specified date range will be included in the report.

For example: 50, only members who have spent $50 or more on concessions in the date range will be displayed. A member who has spent $30 will not be listed.

Card Number

The member's card number.

Member

The member's full name.

Email

The member's email address.

Age

The member's age, if known.

Site

The Site at which the correponding points were earned and spent, transactions performed, and box office and concessions amounts spent.

Points Earned

The number of points earned by the member at the corresponding Site during the specified date range.

Points Spent

The number of points spent by the member at the corresponding Site during the specified date range.

Available Points (At YYYY-MM-DD)

The member's available points balance on the day when the report was generated.

Trans Count

The number of transactions the member has performed at the corresponding Site in the specified date range.

Box Office

The amount spent by the member on tickets at the corresponding Site during the specified date range.

Concessions

The amount spent by the member on concessions at the corresponding Site during the specified date range.
