The Membership spend report in Loyalty provides details of items purchased by members of a club within the date range specified.

There are three modes available:

Detail - provides a list of individual members and their corresponding purchases in the date range.
Total Member Spend - provides a list of members and their total amount spent in the date range.
Summary - provides details about how much was spent on each item during the date range.

Total values are displayed for all modes.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	Items purchased by members of the club during the specified date range will be counted in the report.
Cinema Complex	Membership spend details will be displayed for items that were purchased at the selected cinema. To count purchases from all cinemas, select (all).
Group	Membership spend details will be displayed for items included in the selected group. To count purchases from all groups, select (all).
Club	Membership spend details will be displayed for members included in the selected club. To count purchases from all clubs, select (all).
Item Class	Membership spend details will be displayed for items included in the selected item class. To count purchases from all item classes, select (all).
Card Number Start/End	The Card Number Start/End range searches the first 6 digits of memebers' card numbers. Membership spend details will be displayed for Members who have card numbers with the first 6 digits falling within the specified range will be displayed. To count purchases from all members, leave these fields blank.
Report Type	Either Detail, Member Total Spend or Summary can be selected, determining the level of detail. A detailed report displays information for each transaction made by each member during the selected Date Range. A member total spend report displays the total amount spent by each member at each site during the selected Date Range. A summary report displays the quantity and value of each item bought by members at each site during the selected Date Range.
Order By	Data displayed in the report can order member data either by Total Spend (from highest to lowest), Card Number (from lowest to highest), or by Total Visits (highest to lowest).
Members to Show	Limits the number of members returned in the report.

Terms Used

Term	Description
Club	The club for which membership spend details are displayed. Details for each club are grouped into separate sections.
Location	The site from which membership spend details are taken.
Item Group	Spend information is split by Item Group: Box Office Concessions
Item	The items bought by members.
Quantity	The quantity of the corresponding item bought by members.
Value	The value of the corresponding item bought by members. A total values are given for each item group and each location, as well as a grand total for all locations.
