The Member information report in Loyalty allows you to make a tailored selection of members to view information about. The data includes each member's basic details, along with their membership level, expiry date, and creation date.

Use this in conjunction with the Member Transaction report to gather a list of members according to their transaction activity. This information is particularly useful for the purposes of targeted marketing.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Member Type	Select either new or active members.
Members Active From and To	Works in conjunction with Member Type. When New Members is selected, displays members whose membership creation date falls within the date range. When Active Members is selected, displays members whose membership creation date is on or before the date range end, and whose membership expiry date is on or after the date range start.
Club	Select a club that you want to generate member data for. To include members across all clubs, select (All).
Membership Level	View Loyalty Points activity for a particular member level of the selected club. To analyse Loyalty Points activity across all member levels, select (All). Note: If an unrelated club and level are selected, the report will display no data.
Box Office Transactions Exist	Determines whether the report will display data for members whose transaction histories include items from the Box Office item group, or whose transaction histories do not.
Transactions From and To	If a date range is selected, the report will determine whether the member transacted during that time. If no date range is selected, the report will determine whether the member transacted during the Members Active date range.
Balance Type	Only transactions where the selected balance type was affected will be included in the report. If a club is specified, only the balance types associated with that club will be available. Either select a balance type or choose to use the default balance type for the selected club.
Card Issue Site	Data will be displayed for members whose memberships cards were issued at the specified site. To analyse member activity regardless of where cards are issued, select (All).

Terms Used

Term	Description
Club	The Loyalty club that the member belongs to.
Membership ID	The identification number of the member.
Primary Card Number	The number of the member's primary card.
Birthday	The member's date of birth, displayed in the following format: yyyy-mm-dd.
Member Points	The total accumulated value of the selected balance type.
