The Member summary report in Loyalty provides a summary of Loyalty memberships over a given period at each site in your circuit. Data includes new members, new activations, cards picked up, and members that are both active and hold a card.
A Member Snapshot also provides the total number of these instances across all sites.

The club whose member activity you want to analyse. To analyse activity across all clubs, select (all). |

New Members |
The number of members who signed up to the club on-site or online during the selected date range. |
New Activations |
The number of members who signed up to the club on-site during the selected date range, and collected a card at their sign-up site and entered their email address online prior to the report being run. Note: Data is grouped according to the site where the member signed up. |
Cards Picked Up |
The number of members who signed up to the club at one site (or online) during the selected date range, and collected a card from a different site and entered their email address online prior to the report being run. Note: Data is grouped according to the site where the member collected their card. |
Total Members |
The number of members who signed up to the club before the end of the selected date range and whose memberships weren't expired at the end of the date range. |
New/Total (Members) |
The percentage of members who signed up to the club during the selected date range. |
Total Activated Cardholders |
The number of members who signed up to the club before the end of the selected date range, whose memberships weren't expired at the end of the date range, and who entered their email address and picked up a card prior to the report being run. |
New/Total (Activated Cardholders) |
The percentage of Total Activated Cardholders who signed up to the club during the selected date range. |
Members Transacted |
The number of unique members who performed transactions during the selected date range. Note: If a member performs transactions at multiple sites, they will be counted once at each of those sites. |
Non-Activated Members |
The number of non-expired members who signed up to the club but didn't enter their email address online or pick up a card from a site prior to the report being run. Note: This is calculated as Total Members minus Total Activated Cardholders. |
Not Registered |
The number of members who signed up to the club and received a card but didn't enter their email address online prior to the report being run. |
Card Not Received |
The number of members who signed up to the club and entered their email address online but didn't collect a card prior to the report being run. |
