The Points summary report in Loyalty provides a summary of Loyalty Points earned and redeemed, broken down according to the Item Groups they were earned from and redeemed for.
It will also provide a summary of all points accumulated and expired during a specified time period.
Report Prompts
Prompt | Description |
Date Range | Data for Loyalty points activity during the selected period will be used to generate the report. |
Cinema Complex |
Select a cinema to analyse Loyalty Points activity for that site only. To analyse Loyalty Points activity across all cinemas, select (all). |
Member Level |
Select a member level to analyse Loyalty Points activity for a particular member level of the selected club. To analyse Loyalty Points activity across all member levels, select (all). Note: If an unrelated club and level are selected, the report will display no data. |
Club |
Select a club to analyse Loyalty Points activity for members included in the selected club. To analyse Loyalty Points activity across all clubs, select (all). |

Item Group |
Data for points earned and redeemed is split by Item Group: Box Office Concessions Other (any points activity that cannot be linked to an Item Group) |
Points (Earned and Redeemed) |
The quantity of points earned and redeemed for each Item Group during a specified date range. |
Points Value (Earned and Redeemed) |
The monetary value of points earned and redeemed for each Item Group during a specified date range. |
New Activity Accumulated |
Calculated by Points Earned minus Points Redeemed. |
% of Total |
The quantity of points for each item group as a percentage of the total monetary value of points, earned and redeemed. |
Points Expired |
The sum of points that expired in the specified date range for the report filter criteria. Note: Not shown when a specific site filter is selected. |
