The Recognition uptake report in Loyalty shows how many recognitions have been taken at each cinema and overall. Associated transaction values corresponding to the redemptions are totalled.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	Data for recognitions redeemed and earned during the selected time period will be used to generate the report.
Cinema	Recognition details will be displayed for the selected cinema. To analyse recognition uptake from all cinemas, select (all).
Recognition	The report can be generated for a specific recognition. Uptake information will be displayed for cinemas offering the selected recognition. To analyse uptake for all recognitions, select (all).
Club	The Loyalty Club for which the analysis is to be performed. The default is (all) clubs.

Terms Used

Term	Description
Club	The club that the recognition information is for. Details for each club are grouped together.
Recognition	The recognitions that have been redeemed during the selected Date Range.
Cinema	The cinema site at which the corresponding recognition was redeemed.
Redemptions	The number of times the recognition was redeemed at the corresponding cinema site.
% Share	Indicates which cinema sites are most popular for redeeming each recognition. The highest percentage indicates that most of the total Redemptions were redeemed at the corresponding location.
Concessions Transaction	The value of concessions sold in transactions that included the recognition at the corresponding cinema site.
Concessions Value Per Redemption	The average value of concession items sold in transactions that included the recognition at the corresponding cinema site. This is calculated as the Concessions Transaction divided by the number of Redemptions.
Box Office Transaction	The value of box office items (tickets etc) sold in transactions that included the recognition at the corresponding cinema site.
Box Office Value Per Redemption	The average value of box office items sold in transactions that included the recognition at the corresponding cinema site. This is calculated as the Box Office Transaction divided by the number of Redemptions.
Total Earned	The total number of each recognition earned by members throughout the corresponding club's lifetime.
Total Taken	The total number of each recognition redeemed by members of the corresponding club during the selected Date Range.
Percentage Taken	The total percentage of redemptions for this recognition during the selected Date Range. This is for all cinema locations where the recognition is offered.
