The Film Hire Audit report displays specific film hire information for films to compare net film hire, total tax, and gross film hire as calculated and manually entered amounts (the actual amounts invoiced). Any variance between the calculated and manual net film hire amount is included, and you can choose whether to display or hide films with no variance.
The Film Hire Audit report can be used by an accounts team to identify films which have variances between calculated and manually entered amounts. These adjustments may need to be individually investigated for auditing.
