The Films Without Contract Assigned report displays films that have been scheduled to play but do not have a Film Hire Contract assigned to them. Data for this report is sourced from all Film Programming planning and scheduling applications, as well as cinema session data. This information is useful for a manager in charge of film hire, for quickly identifying films that need to be addressed.

Films included in the report are from bookings/sessions that have properties that do not meet existing contract criteria, including:

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	Generates the report for the selected date range.
Planning Group	Generates the report for cinemas belonging to the selected planning group.
Film	Generates the report for the selected film.

Terms Used

Term	Description
Attribute	The Film Hire attribute associated with the booking/session.
Cinema	The cinema at which the film is scheduled to play.
Contract Type	The film hire contract type, which includes: Normal, Private, or Sneak.
Film	The film that is scheduled to play but does not have a film hire contract assigned to it.
Format	The movie format of the film. The Format column is only displayed when contracts have been created for specific movie formats. By default, contracts you create (Maintenance > Contracts) apply to all formats.
Source	The source of the data, which includes: Cinema upload data from cinema sessions Planning data from the circuit or cinema plan Holdover data from the holdover sheet Program grid and schedule data from the program grid and program scheduler
Week Starting Date	The week from which the film is scheduled to play.
