The Films Without Contract Assigned report displays films that have been scheduled to play but do not have a Film Hire Contract assigned to them. Data for this report is sourced from all Film Programming planning and scheduling applications, as well as cinema session data. This information is useful for a manager in charge of film hire, for quickly identifying films that need to be addressed.
Films included in the report are from bookings/sessions that have properties that do not meet existing contract criteria, including:
- Film Format
- Film Hire Attributes
- Contract Type
- Cinema
- Contract Start Date
