The Circuit Film Schedule report lists all films that have been scheduled in the circuit for the selected date range. This report uses data entered in Program Grid or Program Scheduler, and can be generated in either a detailed or summarised form.

The high-level information available in this report can be useful to send to distributors or advertising companies as a broad overview of your upcoming film programming.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	The period for which the report is generated. Any film week that falls within the specified date range is included in the report. If sites use different film week start days, a date range showing the earliest and latest start days is displayed.
Distributor	Select the distributor for which to show information. Select (all) to show information for all distributors.
Report Level	Detail: The report lists all the films that have been scheduled for one or more cinemas of the circuit within the given date range. Under each film, the cinemas at which the film is scheduled are listed, with session showtimes. Films are grouped by distributor, and cinemas showing the film are grouped by territory. Summary: Instead of displaying all the session showtimes for each film, the report lists the number of cinemas, screens, and total number of shows scheduled for the film.

Num of Cinemas	The number of cinemas at which sessions are scheduled for the film.
Num of Screens	The number of cinemas in which sessions are scheduled for the film.
