This report shows the sessions scheduled from Program Grid and Program Scheduler for the selected distributor, cinema, screen, and planning week.
You may use this report to send a detailed list of sessions to a distributor for feedback after creating a schedule, or to send session information to cinemas in your circuit.
Report Prompts

Week Contains Date |
Select any date. The report returns data for the planning week that contains your selected date. Note: The report uses your circuit's global film week start day to calculate the beginning of the planning week. Individual sites within your circuit may use different film week start days. |

Cinema Complex |
The site for which data is returned in the report. |

Distributor |
The distributor of films for which sessions have been scheduled. |

Group by |
The criteria that the data returned is grouped by. |

Include Corporate Bookings |
Determines whether corporate bookings that have not been scheduled are displayed or excluded from the report. Note: Corporate bookings that have been scheduled will always appear as regular sessions in this report. |

Include Attributes |
Shows or hides session attributes. |

|
The start date of the specified planning week. If more than one site is selected, and each site uses a different film week start day, a date range showing the earliest and latest start dates for the planning week is displayed. |
