The Weekly Sessions by Screen report shows all film sessions per cinema for a week, grouped by screen. This report uses data entered in Program Grid or Program Scheduler.
Sessions are shown in a separate column for each day of the week, and displayed in order of session start time. A single film will appear in multiple rows; one row per unique session start time for the week. Two different films which share a session start time on different days of the week will also be displayed on separate rows.
Report Prompts

Date Range |
The period for which the report is generated. Any film week that falls within the specified date range is included in the report. If sites use different film week start days, a date range showing the earliest and latest start days is displayed. |

Site |
Filter the report to display results from a particular site. Select (all) to show information for all sites. |

Session Status |
Limit the results displayed in the report according to session status. Note: In Program Scheduler, all sessions have the status Planned. If you use Program Scheduler to generate schedules and set this prompt to Open and Closed, no sessions appear in the report. |
