The Gift Card Liability report displays outstanding balances on gift cards as liabilities to your organisation.
Gift cards are listed by card number, along with the voucher type, venture type, issue location and value, date of issue and last use, and outstanding balance.
Report Prompts

Issue Date Range |
Only gift cards issued during the specified date range will be included in the report data. |

Liability as at |
The outstanding balance will be calculated for the selected business date. |

Only gift cards issued at the selected location will be included in the report data. |

Issue Date |
The business date on which the gift card was issued. Note: This column is only visible when running the report in Detailed view. |

Issue Value |
In Summary view, this refers to the total value of gift cards issued at the corresponding Cinema location during the report's date range. In Detailed view, this refers to the initial balance of the corresponding gift card at the time of issue. |

Date Last Used |
The business date on which the gift card was last used to make a purchase. Note: This column is only visible when running the report in Detailed view. |

Current Value |
In Summary view, this refers to the total outstanding balance of all gift cards issued at the corresponding Cinema location during the report's date range, on the Liability as at date specified. In Detailed view, this refers to the current outstanding balance of the corresponding gift card, on the Liability as at date specified. |
