This report generates a list of unredeemed Gift Cards organised by value. The unredeemed status refers to any gift card that has not expired, has not been blacklisted or deactivated, and has a balance greater than zero.
Note that if your organisation names gift card Voucher Type records after their issue value (i.e. $10 Gift Card, $20 Gift Card, and so on), the current balance might not reflect your naming convention.
Example: If a $20 gift card is sold, and has $10 of its value used, it will still be calculated as part of the $20 gift card denomination, even though its current balance is $10.

Average per Card Unredeemed |
The average unredeemed value for each unredeemed card, calculated as the Unredeemed Value divided by the Quantity. |
