Unredeemed report

This report lists Vouchers that have been issued, but have not yet been redeemed. This report ignores whether the voucher has expired.

Use this report to calculate a cinemas total voucher liability or, in other words, the accrual of outstanding vouchers. If the vouchers do not have an expiry date, then this report alone shows the cinemas liability. However, if the vouchers do have an expiry date, then the Unredeemed Expired Report must also be run, as vouchers that have expired must be excluded from the cinemas voucher liability.

To calculate a cinema's liability using both reports, subtract the total of this report from the total of the Unredeemed Expired report.
