The India: Trading Sheet report in Head Office is a country-specific report used in India to see film trading figures for each cinema. Figures shown here include Box Office information and expenses, some calculated amounts are also displayed.

Date Range | The from and to date range determines the trading sheet information displayed. Figures for this date range will display on the report. |
Cinema | A specific cinema can be selected to view trading information for. All cinemas can be selected. |
Terms used
Term | Description |
Film |
The film that trading information is displayed for, this will depend on the cinema selected. |
Screen / Seats |
The screen the film shows on and the number of seats in the screen. |
Week |
The week since the release that the film is in. Example: Week 1 means that this is the first week that the film has been showing. |
Shows |
The number of screenings that the film has had for the run week. |
Total Admits |
The total number of tickets that have been sold to the film for the release week. |
Occu% |
The percentage indicating how full the movie screening was for the release week. |
Dist Terms |
The distribution terms for the film. |
Gross |
The Box Office gross amount for the film in the run week. |
Ent Tax |
The amount of entertainment tax allocated for the film in the run week. |
Net (A) |
The net Box Office amount. This is calculated by subtracting the entertainment tax from the Box Office gross amount. |
INR (B) |

Show Tax (C) |
The amount of tax allocated to the film. |
Effective Net (A - (B + C)) |
The effective net amount for the film. This is calculated by subtracting the sum of INR and Show Tax from the net Box Office amount. |
Distr Share pre Pub Expense (D) |
The distributor share amount for the film before publicity expenses are taken into account. This is calculated using the distributor terms amount as a percentage of the Net Box Office figure (A). |
Publicity Expense |
The expense amount for publicity of the film. |
Distr Share post Pub Expense (D - E) |
The distributor share amount for the film taking into account the publicity expenses. This is calculated using the distributor terms as a percentage of the Net Box Office figure (A) and subtracting the Publicity Expense (E). |
Cinema Share |
The cinema share amount for the film. This is calculated by subtracting Distributor Share amount post Publicity Expenses from the Effective Net amount. |
Cinema |
Films are divided by each cinema. The Cinema the films belong to will display at the top of the film list. |
Total |
Total amounts for the cinema will display at the bottom of the film list. |
