The Unredeemed by Issue Location and Type report displays vouchers issued by date and location, and the quantity remaining unredeemed for a specific period. This report helps accounting departments calculate the current liability of vouchers issued at any point in time.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Issue Date Range	The date range of when vouchers were issued.
Expiry Status	Report data is generated by the expiry status of issued vouchers.
Expiry Date Range	The date range of when vouchers expire.
Voucher Type	The voucher type report data is generated for.
Value to Show	The issue or redemption value generated for vouchers.
Issue Location	The location of where the voucher was issued.

Report Terms

Term	Description
Issue Location	The location of where the voucher was issued.
Voucher Type	The voucher type report data is generated for.
Voucher Description	Describes the voucher type.
Expiry Date	The date when the voucher type expires/expired.
Quantity Issued	The amount of vouchers issued for the voucher type over the defined period. Note: For multi-use vouchers, each use of the voucher adds one to this total. For example, a five use multi-use voucher would add five to the quantity issued.
Quantity Unredeemed	The amount of unredeemed vouchers for the voucher type over the defined period. Note: For multi-use vouchers, each remaining use is considered one unredeemed voucher. For example, a five use multi-use voucher that's been used two times would add three to the quantity unredeemed.
% Not Redeemed	The amount of unredeemed vouchers for the voucher type over the defined period, displayed as a percentage. Note: For multi-use vouchers, each remaining use is considered one unredeemed voucher.
Issue Value of Unredeemed	The issue or Redemption Value of Unredeemed vouchers as defined by the report prompt Value to Show.
Total	The sum of columns based on Location or Voucher Type as defined by the report prompt Issue Location.
Grand Total	The sum of all report columns.
