The Unredeemed by Issue Location and Type report displays vouchers issued by date and location, and the quantity remaining unredeemed for a specific period. This report helps accounting departments calculate the current liability of vouchers issued at any point in time.

The amount of unredeemed vouchers for the voucher type over the defined period. Note: For multi-use vouchers, each remaining use is considered one unredeemed voucher. For example, a five use multi-use voucher that's been used two times would add three to the quantity unredeemed. |
% Not Redeemed |
The amount of unredeemed vouchers for the voucher type over the defined period, displayed as a percentage. Note: For multi-use vouchers, each remaining use is considered one unredeemed voucher. |
Issue Value of Unredeemed |
The issue or Redemption Value of Unredeemed vouchers as defined by the report prompt Value to Show. |
Total |
The sum of columns based on Location or Voucher Type as defined by the report prompt Issue Location. |
