The Weekly Holdover Schedule report displays the scheduling information for a particular cinema in a particular week. Films are shown according to their assigned Booking Slots/Screens, and their scheduled times are shown across each day of the planning week. This report uses Holdover Sheet data, and can be generated from the Holdover Sheet by selecting Weekly Holdover Schedule from the Reports dropdown.
Note: Film bookings are assigned showtimes in this report based on the time zones in their planning policies. If exact times aren't set within the planning policy, the report will use the start of the time zone as the showtime. If a film has no assigned planning policy, no showtimes will be shown.

Select any date. The report will return data for the planning week that contains your selected date. Note: The report uses your circuit's global film week start day to calculate the beginning of the planning week. Be aware that individual sites within your circuit may use different film week start days. |
| Cinema | Filter the report to display results from a particular cinema. Select (all) to display results from all cinemas. |
| Include Attributes | Determines whether or film attributes are included in the report information. |
