The Reasons report is used to generate information about when Employees were Unavailable or on Leave during a specified time period. Unavailability and leave periods are configured for Employees in the Weekly Availability application.
Note: This report is only available in Cinema Manager.
Report Prompts
Prompt | Description |
Date Range |
The report can be run over a selected date range and will only display data that relates to periods of unavailability or leave taken during the selected range. |
Day |
Filters the data displayed in the report by the business day. Select (all) to display information for all days. For example: You may wish to see which Leave/Unavailability Reasons fall on Fridays most often. |
Employee |
Filters the data displayed in the report by Employee. Select (all) to display information for all Employees. For example: You may wish to see how often a particular Employee is unavailable/on leave, and the associated Reasons. |
Employee Type |
Filters the data displayed in the report by Employee Type. Select (all) to display information for all Employee Types. |
Leave Reason |
Filters the data displayed in the report by Leave Reason. Select (all) to display information for all Leave Reasons. For example: You may wish to see who is most often on Sick Leave. |
Unavailability Reason |
Filters the data displayed in the report by Unavailability Reason. Select (all) to display information for all Unavailability Reasons. For example: You may wish to see who is most often on unavailable for Social reasons. |
Terms Used
Term | Description |
Employee Name |
The name of the Employee who was unavailable/on leave. |
Employee Code |
The unique 10-digit Employee Code. |
Employee Type |
The Employee Type, as configured in the Employee's maintenance form. |
Date |
The date that the Employee was unavailable/on leave. |
Leave Reason |
The Leave Reason, where the Employee was on leave. |
Unavailability Reason |
The Unavailability Reason, where the Employee was unavailable. |
