The Employee Import Status report lists all Employees by status. Active Employees are listed first, followed by Inactive Employees.
When Employees are imported into Vista Staff Scheduling, they have the status Active. They become Inactive only when they are terminated in the Payroll System and are no longer extracted on the import file. If they were previously active in Staff Scheduling, a terminated employee will be set to Inactive the next time the import process runs.
When generating this report, there are no report prompts. Simply click the Preview button.
Note: This report is only available in Head Office.
