The Changes to Posted report is used to track changes made to a roster once its Status has been moved from Planned to Posted. Planned rosters are not made available to staff, so managers can make changes, additions and removals as required while the roster is being planned. Posted rosters are available to staff, and changes that impact shifts must be tracked so staff can be notified.
When a Task in a Posted roster is changed, the Changes to Posted report will display the new information.
For example: If a POS shift was to run 9:00am to 5:00pm, and it is changed to run 9:30am to 5:00pm, the new start time of 9:30am will be displayed on the report.
Note: This report is only available in Cinema Manager.
