The Staff Posting report presents the roster in a grid format list by Employee, and is designed to be posted in the staff room, or in a location where staff may view it. It displays each task allocated to each Employee, as well as the Employee's availability for the selected roster.
Note: This report is only available in Cinema Manager.
Report Prompts

Roster Week Starting Date |
Generates the report for the roster starting on the selected date. |

Employee Type |
Select an Employee Type to filter the Employees displayed in the report. Select (all) to display all Employees. |

Show Skill Level |
If Yes is selected, the Skill Level of rostered employees will be displayed. This is the default option. If No is selected, the Skill Level will be supressed. |
Terms Used

The Skill that the Employee is performing in the rostered Task. |

Seniority Level |
The Skill Level of the Employee for the Skill associated with the rostered Task. If the report prompt Show Skill Level is set to No when the report is generated, this column will be hidden. |

Start-Finish |
The start and finish time of the rostered Task. |
|
(availability) |
The Employee's availability for the selected roster. |
