The Weekly Costing report provides a breakdown of roster costs that will assist with identifying Work Areas or times of the week where the roster could be improved and cost savings achieved.
There are two Format settings that control the level of details displayed:
Summary - hours worked and wage figures are broken down by day, Work Area, Employee Type, and penalty rate. This is the default option.
Detail - hours worked and wage figures are broken down by Employee.
Training hours and wages are separated from non-training hours and wages, and percentages are provided for total hours or wages for each category.
Note: This report is only available in Cinema Manager.

Roster Week Starting Date |
Generates the report for the roster starting on the selected date. |

Number of Weeks |
The number of weeks from the selected starting date that will be displayed in the report. |

Use Adjusted |
Determines whether or not roster adjustments are used. |

Format |
Two options are available determining the level of detail displayed in the report: Summary - the report will show wage costs broken down by Work Area. This is the default option. Detail - the report will show detailed wage costs broken down by Employee. |

In each section of the report, the Wages $ figure indicates the monetary value paid in staff wages. |

Hours |
In each section of the report, the Hours figure indicates the number of hours worked by staff. |

Avg. Hr Rate |
In certain sections of the report, the Avg. Hourly Rate figure indicates the average hourly rate paid to staff. |
