The Staffing Level Comparison report is used to compare how many staff are rostered to work at each Location in your organisation during each hour in a selected day. The totals for each Location correspond to the total number of hours worked in the day. This can be useful for investigating times of day where changes can be made in staffing levels to improve performance or efficiency.
Note: This report is only available in Head Office.

Terms Used

Time |
Each hour of the selected date is listed across the top of the report. |
Number of Staff Rostered at Location |
The number of staff rostered on at each Location at each hour of the selected date. |
Total |
The total number of hours worked by Employees at each Location on the selected date is listed in the final column. The total number of Employees working at each hour across all Locations is listed along the bottom of the report. |
Location |
Each configured Location in your organisation is listed down the left-hand side of the report. |
