The Timesheet Adjustments report records all adjustments made to a Closed roster, such as extra hours worked, and shifts not worked. This report identifies the rostered shift and the actual hours worked for each Employee that has adjustments recorded against them, and is designed to be sent to Payroll and used to manually adjust payment details for the relevant Employees in the next pay period.
Employee names are listed and sorted in the report based on the EmployeeNameDisplayFormat system setting.
This report exists in both Cinema Manager and Head Office. At the Site level, the report can only be produced for that Location. At the Head Office level, you can select an individual Location to produce the report for, or it can be generated for all Locations.
