When POS is in offline mode, certain capabilities may be affected.

| Electronic Payments available | Offline payments | Yes. With certain providers, it's possible to take payments even if the cinema cannot contact the payment provider. This is sometimes called Store and Forward. |
You'll need to enable offline payments with your payment provider as well. They'll ask what threshold the cinema is willing to trust. Example: Payments of $50 or less. |
