Any defined Concession Item can be configured to form part of a Recipe.

Override Stock Location

Any configured Stock Location

By default, any Concession Item used or sold at a given Workstation will be assumed to come from the Stock Location assigned in Workstation maintenance, however a concession item that is a component in a Recipe can be configured with an Override Stock Location.

For example: Kitchen and POS workstations may have different stock locations. A recipe item sold a POS which requires preparation in the kitchen may have the kitchen workstation's stock location override that of the POS workstation.
