Changing the balance of gift cards

Change the status of gift cards if you need to update what's in your existing stock.

1. Go to Voucher Manager > Gift Card Inquiry.
2. Generate a selection of gift card stock to show.
3. Select the gift cards to adjust using the checkboxes.
4. Click Change balance.
5. If you select New, enter a New balance for the gift cards.
6. If you sselect Decrease or Increase, enter the amount to deduct from or add to the existing balance.
7. Optionally enter a comment about this change.
8. Save the new balance.

Voucher Manager will briefly display a message when the stock is successfully updated. Information about the new balance will now be displayed in the search results grid.
