Vista can set up your loyalty to allow members to sign in with Facebook or Apple, rather than creating new details, making it easier for your members to sign-in.

Note: Contact your Account Manager if you require plug-ins for additional external identity providers.

Before you begin

• Ensure Loyalty is configured to require a unique email address per account.

Steps

1. Contact Vista about configuring external providers.
   For Vista staff: Configuring Vista Cloud to accept Facebook and Apple sign-ons
2. (Optional) Choose how long you want customers to stay logged in. The default is 30 days.

The external system will authenticate members using these credentials:

• Username and password
• Email and password
