Recommended schedule

As frequently as you need to calculate film hire. For example, if you calculate film hire once a month, run this task once a month.

We recommend scheduling this task after the Head Office Upload Import task. That ensures the film hire calculation will use the most up-to-date data from your cinemas.

Parameters

Option	Allowed Values	Description
StartDate	Now-[Any whole number]	Determines the start of the date range that film hire will be calculate for. Use the format Now-[whole number]. Example: If you set StartDate to Now-30 and EndDate to Now, then run the task on July 31st, film hire will be calculated for July 1st–July 31st.
EndDate	Now-[Any whole number]	Determines the end of the date range that film hire will be calculate for. Use the format Now-[whole number]. Example: If you set the StartDate to Now-30 and the EndDate to Now, then run the task on July 31st, film hire will be calculated for July 1st–July 31st.
CinemaCode	Any cinema code	Enter a cinema code to calculate film hire for that cinema only. Leave this parameter empty to calculate film hire for all cinemas.
FilmCode	Any film code	Enter a film code to calculate film hire for that film only. Leave this parameter empty to calculate film hire for all films.
Circuit	Any circuit code	Enter a circuit code to calculate film hire for that circuit only. Leave this parameter empty to calculate film hire for all your circuits.
Distributor	Any distributor code	Enter a distributor code to calculate film hire for that distributor only. Leave this parameter empty to calculate film hire for all distributors.
RecalcOnly	Y N	When set to Y, this task will only recalculate film hire records that have been marked for recalculation.
ErrorEmail	Any email address	The email address that this task's errors will be reported to.
DBAppID	VISTAHO	Determines what database the task extracts its data from. We recommend leaving this parameter as its default value. Changing the value could cause the task to stop working.
StopHOUploadTasks	True False	When set to True, when this task runs, it will pause the Head Office Upload Import task. When this task has finished, it will resume the Head Office Upload Import task. We recommend setting this parameter to true. Pausing the Head Office Upload Import scheduled task allows both tasks to finish faster, since they're not trying to access the same database at the same time.
