Configure films to schedule in sessions using the Film form in Cinema Manager or Head Office > Maintenance > Films.

Attributes |

The default Attributes which apply to the Film. For example: A film that is in 3D may be configured with an attribute called 3D. Attributes can be configured to enforce matching between screen and film attributes when scheduling sessions, to prevent films being scheduled in screens that cannot play them. For example: Films with the attribute Digital cannot be scheduled in screens that do not have this attribute, i.e. screens that only have a 35mm projector. Note: Films may be configured with their own attributes here, or they may inherit them from their Movie Format. Attributes can be overridden when scheduling in the Showtime Manager application. |
Movie Format |

The Movie Formats that apply to the Film. This can be used to indicate the format(s) for a particular film that yourcinema/circuit possesses, for projection information purposes. For example: Digital and/or Non-digital (35mm). For each format that applies to a film, the Movie Formats grid also displays the Rentrack Release Code, Alternative Title, and Number of Prints. |
National Opening Date |
Any date, in your computer's local date format |
The date on which the Film begins playing, as configured at Head Office. This option is useful in setting up Advance Booking Periods, which can be made relative to the Opening Date configured for the Cinema, or the National Opening Date used across the whole Circuit. Note: This field is only displayed if the Head Office module is installed. |

The code used to identify this Film in Head Office reports. This field is only required if HeadOffice module is installed. For example: A film title may have multiple film profiles configured (i.e. film 2D, digital 2D, digital 3D, IMAX, etc.) with the same HO Code to allow head office to produce consolidated reports. Alternatively, the HO code field can be used for a Rentrak number to extract figures for a film. |

This code is a reference number for the film title, and is downloaded from Head Office to Cinema Manager. The code value is included in the eBOR extract generated by the MACCS Box Office Returns export task. |
movieXchange |
Any movieXchange film ID |
When a film is linked to movieXchange, its movieXchange ID will be shown here. movieXchange ID's are unique to each release of a film. Head Office and Cinema use this number to ensure they are importing information and media for the correct film. |
