We've upgraded common Redis libraries so Call Centre can support a multi-tenanted Redis instance for cloud deployments. When enabled, the Redis library used by Call Centre will add tenant and application identifiers and discriminators to the data keys stored in Redis.
To enable multi-tenancy data key prefixes in Redis, activate the VISTAIT system setting RedisStore_UseMultiTenantKeyPrefixes.
