Once a marathon record is created you can include marathons in your normal film planning and scheduling process. 

Before you begin

Create a marathon film.

Steps

1. In Cinema Manager or Film Manager, go to Showtime Manager.
2. From the ribbon, use the Film Palette to drag a marathon film onto the Planning Grid, or use Session entry and choose a marathon film to Add to schedule.

   Note: Sessions for the component films of the marathon are automatically created and displayed as a single block. To edit the individual properties of each marathon session, use the marathons panel (available when a marathon is selected).

3. Click Save.

Tip: Marathons can also be allocated to sites in Film Manager using Circuit Planning, or the Holdover sheet.
